  • Minimum stay is 3 nights

  • Adults-only residence. All guests must be aged 12 and above.

  • Full Riad rental only – no individual room bookings

  • Wi-Fi available throughout the property

  • We require a 3 nights minimum stay (and 7 nights during the Christmas & New Year period) to give our guests the time and space to truly settle in. The riad is designed for slow living — and quick turnarounds don’t do it justice.

    • Check-in: From 3 PM

    • Check-out: By 11 AM
      If you need to store luggage outside of these times, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • With features like a heated pool, hammam, open staircases, and traditional architecture, the space was designed as a peaceful, grounding space for rest and reconnection. Therefore isn’t suited to younger children — both for safety and insurance reasons.

  • Yes — laundry and ironing services are available on request.

  • Unfortunately, due to the traditional layout and architecture of the riad, we are not able to accommodate guests with reduced mobility at this time.

  • No, a home cook will be on the premises during your stay. Breakfast is included each morning, and lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request. All meals are prepared in-house with care.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors, outdoors is allowed.

  • Absolutely. We work with trusted local partners to offer guided tours, day trips, and cultural experiences both inside and outside Marrakech. Let us know what you’re looking for — we’ll handle the details.
